I applied for this card with a 750-credit score and got approved with a $21,000-credit limit. I made purchases that totaled $1000 within the first 3 months and received a $200 cash bonus with I applied to my balance. Great card.
What a joke, 816 credit score and got denied. Now credit score is lower thanks to their hard inquiry. Several hundred thousand in the bank and denied for their joke of a card

Why would bofa recommended a card and cK says I have an excellent chance of approval with a 755 credit score and then get denied. BofA is ridiculous
782 score and denied...Don't waste your time
I submitted a preapproval on the BOA website, they specifically recommended this card, and then I was denied. Why preapprove if they are going to immediately deny? Hit to my credit score for nothing.
I had to close the account because they treated me horribly and lack of care for my money in a dispute. It is a shame they lost thousands of dollars in Credit Card opportunity for a less than $200 charge they didn't want to pay out in my dispute.

They suck! I was approved, but worst card I've ever had. Have had problem after problem!! Right now looking for another 0% card so I can get rid of this one.
My experience has been excellent, so far. This is my second BOFA credit card. I have savings, and checking accounts with them. $5000, $6000 credit lines. I signed on with 0% APR for 18 months, 200 cash bonus after spending 1000 within 90 days. Also, offered a Direct Deposist promo for the entire amount of my card less 3% one time transaction fee. That is accompanied with a 0% APR for 12 months. Both cards are really good. Lastly, I was pre-approved. On a soft check with 760 Transunion, 737 Experian and 754 Equifax, Fico 8 scores. I've been banking with BOFA for 4 years. I belonged to Wells Fargo and Citi Bank. I Have had better experiences with BOFA than previously mentioned.
Had this card for several years. Got it back in 2019. Opened it with a 730 score, they gave me an opening credit line of $4000. And that's where it still sits today.. on time payments, zero balance, etc. none of that matters. The only perk is the unlimited cash back. If you're looking for a card to grow a credit line on I'd definitely avoid this one.. closing this account at the end of the year.
I have this card over a year and I have not gotten a credit line increase despite the fact I never had a balance on my card. I have been with BOFA three years and let’s just say I got other credit cards that’s much better than this.
