My odds were outstanding I was told for this crap card! Well they denied me and now my points will probably go down!!!!

Like so many others I have had a score over 770 for years and 6 cards over $20 k limit . I took a hit on my credit for $1000 limit . Don’t waste your time . It has taken 3 years to get an increased limit still a low amount.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Automated prompts, put on hold repeatedly, no one speaks English clearly, and after 40 min they still couldn't verify my identity for reasons they refused to tell me. Now I have to wait for a letter in the mail to call them back again with a number. I'm sure it'll be just as bad the second time.

Limited is low, practically never increases, when I’ve had an increase (ONCE in like 4 years) it was a couple hundred…or, same as NOTHING. It’s useless.

I was surprised that they approved me well I have like 28 credit cards

1. I lost my card, and it took me 20 minutes to lock it. I had to speak with two representatives who kept asking me the same questions over and over again. 2. I asked for overnight delivery to replace my card. However, the card was not sent on the same day as requested, but a few days later on Friday. I hope I will receive it by Monday.

They're worthless. You have to burn 30 minutes of phone prompts just to speak to a human and when you finally do, they aren't really interested in helping you. It's end-stage capitalism where the company actively hates its own customers. The 3 or 4 other credit card companies are not that much better, but definitely better than Citi

Have never missed a payment in 2 years always pay in full and haven’t once increased my limit stay away from this card!
