Perfect card for my needs. I use mostly for gas & groceries. 5% cash back...can't beat it!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a financial institution. Agents barely speak English. Wait times are excessive. Tell you they will do something, or fix something and it never happens. I closed the account and will never do business with them again. Best card to own......Capital One or Wells Fargo. Awesome customer service and in English.

I was approved for a $7,700 credit limit. Use about $400/mo on groceries, pay it off in full every month, and receive 5% cash back. What’s not to love

Every other credit card I’ve applied for, I got several thousand dollar limit. This one, 500. Useless because I got it to finance a trip to Europe at 0 % APR. The low limit also makes it practically impossible to get the intro offer of 200 cash back when you spend 1500 in the first few months. In using it (within the US), it keeps getting declined on small purchases even though there is enough available balance. When I pay it off, it shows up in online banking but has taken up to 3 weeks to make the balance available. I’ve been on the phone with customer service several times. Don’t get this card.

I make 125k and have a credit score of 745. Creditkarma said my approval odds were excellent even said if I wasn’t approved they would give me some $50 rebate. Anyways, applied and was declined. Very annoying.

I wouldn't get this card now for sure. Because if 2 of 6 customers say bad things about policies and customers services being bad, I'm out! They sound like a default company. The more your mad the less you want to pay. Gets you in trouble and cost you in penalties and fees. Interest and other charges too. So beware!!

in 4 months I had 3 frauds, it is not safe at all like the bank, I think I am hand in hand with fraudsters, for 2 months I have been waiting to refund the amount of money that was stolen, no answer.... I will not pay the card until fraud is not solved

Applying was easy. Citi do NOT respect the promotion they offer I got 18months no interest and they do charge me interest and when I call customer service they don’t see any promotion on my account and they claim that they don’t have promotion going on at this time. Stay away

This company changes limits and closes accounts with no notice. I kept mine in good standing and low balance owed. I guess they want you to max out your cards. Forget about customer service. Least helpful I have ever talked to.
