Applied and was instantly approved for 3000 line. Told me I can call in a few days and have it increased. Called back, got subpar and hard to understand customer service rep, requested a limit increase to be told its been denied and staying at 3k limit. Income level is in the 6 digit with little debt so it makes very little sense. Supervisor who was even harder to understand was unprofessional and didn’t clarify anything. I would NOT bothering applying for this card. It’s suppose to be a balance transfer card what a joke.

3K credit limit, not worth my time to manage…waisted a credit enquiry. I should have listened to previous reviews. Simply worthless!

So far nothing bad. Bad reviews are from those who just don't get it. Applied on line, got a decent credit limit, and did my balance transfer at the same time. Their website is easy to navigate and keeps me informed. Remember that every action takes 10-14 working days to go through. 5-10 days to receive card.

I got approved for this card, intending to use the 0% promotional APR and take advantage of Black Friday sales for large purchases as I'm moving to a new home. When I got approved, the Citi site provided the option for a temporary card number to utilize until the card comes in the mail. However even though I selected the option, it never provided me with the card number. I called customer support and they said there is no possible way for them to give me a temporary card number due to security policies. So it wasn't the end of the world because it was still over a week until today, November 24th which was the expected delivery date. Today I did receive a piece of mail from Citi, however it was just a cardmember agreement and didn't even have the credit card inside. So I called customer support again, and they decided that there must have been a mistake with the card not being in the envelope and decided to do a security closure of that card and issue me a new card. Once again they said they could not provide me with a temporary card number until I get the physical card so that I can enter the CVV to activate my account. I asked if there was any way that they can override that limitation due to the circumstances, and was told no. I told them I will be calling back when the card arrives because now I'm going to have to make purchases with a different one, and use the balance transfer offer to obtain the promotional 0%, and ask them to waive the 3% transfer fee due to their mistake of not shipping me the card. I'll update the review to let you know if they resolve the issue, or if their customer service fails me again.

Gave me $500 limit with 760 credit score. I won't be able to use this card to make the purchase that I needed. Don't apply for this card. Credit Karma should warn about cards with a low limit.

I have a credit score 821 and got denied . Waste of time . They just want your personal information for marketing promotional

Denied, with a hit to my credit, but was predicted to have an excellent chance of approval mid 700 credit limit. 15% credit usage.

Sad when credit karma tells you that you have good approval odds. Trying to help my credit by consolidating what I do have to make a lower payment monthly. Being a single mother things are a little hard at times. All this did was give me a hit to lower my credit even more. So much for the help. Got denied almost immediately after submitting.

I had credit scores between 725 and 750. Very good chances per Credit Karma and even received pre-approval from Citi Bank a few months ago BUT when I applied online I was immediately turned down for credit card. Applier beware... My guess is something changed with Citi Bank. Maybe they have overextended loans. It SUCKS that my credit just took a hit with the hard inquiry.
