The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had will never another car or credit card with the them , the worst customer service experience I will only bank ally or capital one for a car finance .

Paid 3 months worth and a month later they towed my car saying they never received payment even when I called a week later to make sure the payment was received and the agent said it was!!! They never take responsibility for their errors, bank even said it was a chase auto error and I had plenty of funds in my account for the transaction! No payment plan options , never willing to work with you!! DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! look at all the horrible reviews!

Do not recommend Chase Auto Finance at all. There are much better banks and interest rates out there. Stay away from them.

Would give these guys a zero if I could. They lost my title and it’s been 3 months of having to call them every other day to get answers as to where it is. I’ve talked to probably ten supervisors at this point, all who promise me they will call me back the next day with updates. They never have. I apparently have a case manager who must be a broom in their janitor closet because not a single word from her either. Good to know I can make my car payments every month but they can’t even bother calling me back over something incredibly important. Will never go through them again.

Every loan I get I always signup with automatic payments so I don’t have to worry about them. For the first time in my 10 years with credit I have a missed payment because they refuse to admit that their system glitched and didn’t take my payment out.

They suck the customer service rep no manner disrespectful my car was repo for missing payments I was sick and not working I was promised my vehicle wouldn't be picked up my vehicle was damaged almost 5000 worth the person who came damaged the under carage also the front of my vehicle I've made my reports been calling no one is doing anything I need help

This is a horrible company, with terrible customer service. They make mistakes and don't own up to them or make it right.

Difficult to get an auto loan. They ask student loan or everything even if you have more than 700 credits.

All I wanted was a title in my name but almost impossible to get. I paid my loan always on time and paid off early. Customer service representatives had no clue. Finally got one who had the title sent to me but still in J.P. Morgan chase name. Since I had the bill of sale to me in my name from Chase DMV accepted even though they said this was unusual. I have had many cars and many car loans and never had this happen before. Very poor customer service.

Horrible customer service, they don’t help with anything.
