I only have avg 4 years of history, my credit score bounces between 700 and 670 because I use my cards a lot, and I got my highest card through this with a 11k limit, and I make 59k a year. Some people forget that paying off cards is great, but showing responsible handling of monthly payments is best for companies that like making money. Card is awesome for Amazon prime too if you shop a lot.

I was mostly interested in the $200 in free gift card they give you if you apply & are granted the card. Especially since we are in the holiday season that $200 gift lets me get just that - $200 of gifts for my kids/family for free. I received a $4500 limit & am content. I'll use this card to buy my monthly Amazon products for the 5% back and then just pay the card when it's do with my checking account. My only regret is that I should have applied for the card 3 weeks ago. I was ready to buy a new 2023 MacBook Air 15" from Apple but I noticed Amazon had the exact thing for $250 less then Apple which is incredible. But if I applied for the card before I bought the MacBook I could have saved $450 off of Apple's price. Not a big deal though like I said above, I still got $200 in free credit for getting the Amazon Prime Visa card.

I have credit score of 767 and 765 and 0% utilization which excellent approval odds. Also the application is through chase and I have the freedom and sapphire card and prime member for a decade and still denied. So frustrating. I wish there was an explanation for this. So be aware and don’t count on approval. And to mention long work history with low 6 figure a year salary!

Like many others, I didn’t get immediate approval. However, all I did was called them once I received the notice in the mail and it took 5 minutes for verification and I was approved. The card itself is perfect for anyone who frequently shop on Amazon.com, love the 5% rewards and flexibility on ways to redeem them (statement credit, towards purchase or cash back). Haven’t used some of the travel benefits yet but overall I’m quite happy with this card.

Without warning or explanation even after I called, they cancelled my card after a few months. I had a score of 730 and never missed a payment

Doesn’t even deserve a star. They tell you that you’ve been approved and then you call because a lot of time passed, and ta-da they tell you’ve been declined.

I shop all the time on Amazon so this card knocks off 5% not a lot but it helps. It is through chase bank so you can do all your payments at their web site. Easy peasy! I think I paid on it three or four times and they doubled my limit

Giving this a negative rating because you didn't get one is crap. I've had this card for 4 years + now and I love it. I put everything on this card and because of that I always have points in amazon which I use a lot as well.

I do a lot of shopping on Amazon. I live alone so I only shop for myself and without spending a ton of money, I get lots of cash back. It’s very convenient and nice to have. I’m happy with it.

I'm not only a long-time Prime member but also have accounts with Chase Bank. Approval process (along with a generous credit line) was quick and painless
