The $49 annual fee was applied when account was opened. Normally it's at the 1yr mark like other cards. Annual means 1yr. I don't think that's specified in terms. The $300 bonus was applied to account before reaching the $1,000 mark. Normally we can choose a check but that's ok. I made a mistake thinking it was 0% interest rate so I was charged $15. $65 already gone from my bonus.
