As a United(Mostly travel with them) the card gives a lot of value.

This is a fun card to have. I won't write much but all I can say is the chase app is pretty easy to use. Racking up miles is nice and I can redeem my miles into flights or other subscriptions United has to offer. Working for an Airline myself its nice to have a plan b in case Non Rev is not an option (Mainly if space is full coming back internationally). No foreign transaction fee. It's very nice to have priority boarding and two free checked bags for you and a companion. I have no complaints. There are lots of perks and benefits with the card just go the the United site or Chase site for more of an in depth description. Also, I had a fair approval rating and went for it and was successful. My credit score keeps going up!

My dad has had this card for a little over a month now. Two weeks ago, they randomly marked him as making fraud purchases, even though they weren't fraud purchases. He has been unable to use his card for two weeks now. We've called customer service at least 5 times now, all who've stated they would escalate the case to fraud presentation but he's yet to receive a call. For an annual fee of $250 and a loyal Chase customer, this is horrible and extremely inconvenient. He's never experienced this with Amex.
