Great card I think
Credit Karma Member

I've owned my own business for 3 years with 3 tax returns. I applied for my first Business card 9 months ago with a $5,000.00 approval. NO BUSINESS CREDIT. Maxing that card out twice a month and paying it off twice a month they raised me too $13,000.00 without asking. I received this application in the mail and applied. I received a $20,000.00 credit line WHAT! Thank you "Ink Business Cash"

Account shut down

RIDICULOUS customer service and experience. I've had this credit card for almost a year when they suddenly asked me to verify my business name and address - I immediately faxed AND mailed back the appropriate information. After several weeks and receiving a second letter saying they still had not received my information, I called customer service and spoke to someone who reassured me they had all the documents they need and I should be all set. Fast forward to today, I realized my account has been CLOSED and several of my recurring business payments have been denied. I finally got through to customer service again and they said there was an issue verifying my address - I had sent in all the appropriate documentation to verify that my address is correct. Instead of reaching out to me directly about this "issue", Chase chose to shut down my very active account. I have charged over 100k so far this year and now my business is disrupted by this closed account. They told me the minimum time to reinstate the account is 48 business hrs which is entirely too long for an active business. Absolutely ridiculous experience, do not recommend.

Great initial experience
Credit Karma Member

Same as the review on Jun 8th, I have a decently established business (11yrs), but, not a ton of active tradelines or revolving business credit. My personal credit is good (not excellent - mid-high 700s) and I applied for this card. Chase gave me the "we need more time to review" line, so I assumed they were going to send me a letter telling me why they couldn't approve me. One business day later I noticed in my Chase business account that I had a business credit card listed with a $30k credit limit, so, I guess I was approved. I haven't had it for very long, but I have a number of other personal cards, mortgages and checking/savings accounts with Chase and I've been very happy with them. I trust my experience with this card will be very similar, if not better. I also needed to add a Employee Card for someone I employ in Canada, but the portal didn't seem to allow for it. I called Chase and they gave me a workaround, very appreciative of their quick help!

Applied and denied, because of their fraud back in de housing market crash in 2008 got behind in some payments, if you went threw something similar do not apply, or all your going to get is a big fat hard inquiry, it feels like they punched me back in 2008 and now they insult me!

Terrible credit limit
Credit Karma Member

I have almost perfect credit, and they gave me a very small credit limit, and when I asked for an increase to use it on business purchases, I was declined. I have never been late on a payment, nor have I owned a balance. Not impressed with chase ink.

Chase sucks
Credit Karma Member

My score is 825 and was turned down. Maybe because I have had Chase before and always paid off full balance and never paid one cent in interest. They don't like when you beat them at their own game and keep bonus money that they use as bait to lure you into paying obscene interest. Reason for denial- "too many recent credit card applications" Really? How many and who did I apply with? They won't tell you. With 825 I should be able to apply as much as I want.

Awful Customer Service, Website A Mess
Credit Karma Member

I was approved for 7,000 on this card and put over 2500 on it. You'll continuously get emails and notifications within their website to invite friends for points. The emails have faulty links that bring you nowhere. So I contact customer service who tells me I dont qualify for that. HUH? Had an issue paying with points and was charged a late fee because of it. Called customer service and was told that I COULD pay with points and that the system just had to "catch up." Sure enough next month showed a late fee. Called back and was told you could NOT pay with points therefore I had not paid enough and that's why I was charged a late fee. I decided I had had enough of this terrible service and transferred my balance to a more deserving company. Chase then retaliates and lowers my credit limit to 500! Haha! That's quite a difference from 7,000. SO...of course I called customer service to find out WHY. I was told they re-check credit from time to time and that was the factor in their decision. I informed them that my credit was a LOT better now than it had been when they initally approved me and also there had been NO inquiry on my credit report from them. She had no answer for me and said she would call me back. Do you think they called me back? NOPE! See ya CHASE, you STINK! I own a barber shop and am sure to tell everyone I can about this horrendous experience, back at ya.

Pretty nice, but no reporting

I'm a sole proprietor and this was my first business card. I got a hard pull on my personal credit, but no positive effect on personal credit nor business credit
