Horrible customer service

I applied for this card and received a letter stating I was required to send additional information. I did so. Then another month or so later I called to inquire about my status. They totally dropped the ball. At first tried to blame the mishap on me, but I had everything documented with dates. Then admitted I should have been approved but they missed the deadline. They dinged my credit with an inquiry, but even though it was there own mishap they said I needed to apply again. I received absolutely no resolve from them. Their application process has issues. Apply again? with no confidence they wouldn't mess up again?

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

1. Overseas Call Centers - Difficult to understand and if you ask anything off script, they have no idea what you are talking about. Every time I called, they had no clue. Got transferred to others that also had no clue. Total waste of time! 2. Their operation is run like its 1994. I've been in banking for 20+ years, to include card services. Barclays runs this portfolio with 1994 snail mail technology. Very frustrating and less than secure. Imagine sending photo copies of all of your most private information through the US mail to some unknown center where they do who knows what. Are they even PCI-DSS certified? Doubt it... 3. Despite being qualified and approved pending more info (B/cs they don't use contemporary technology), this bank ghosted me... There is also no phone number on the letters they send you so you cannot call. When you call their main number the overseas call center has no idea how to solve your problems. This was a waste of time and a rip off! Don't pay this bank $500 a year to get the same perks else where for much less and to get the worst service imaginable.

Terrible service they find every way to charge you and the app is got to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used I’m not making it up try it for yourself it’ll cost you about $1000 when you’re all said and done because they’re going to charge you their fee on your first statement and then it starts building from there

Poor service by Barclays whenever I had to contact them. High fees, travel perks and membership were confusing and not much value. I’ll stick with other cards

Worthless awards terrible customer service

Do NOT waste your time with this card. I was approved had a 21k credit line. Had a 400 fraudulent charge and they refused to remove the charge. Absolutely the worst. Offshore customer service. They speak terrible English and can do little other than take a payment. Avoid

The Worst Card

Customer service is non-existent. They put a fraud hold on my card and the only way to lift it is to call in. Well, when you call in they have hold times in excess of an hour and then they get on the phone and tell you no one is available to help and hang up.
