I need my 50 dollars from credit karma.

For starters they start you at a super low credit amount. Secondly, the app is garbage, it keeps resetting your password despite having Biometrics turned. The app crashed so many times it made me miss a payment assuming everything went ok with payment. Well it did not. I finally called to make a measly 138 dollar payment, and then I closed the account. Not worth the headache and laughable credit limit dates back to the 1970's. Garbage card not worth the effort.

I called and asked if i could make my payment with a prepaid Debit card and they said yes no problem.So i bought a ppVisa and tried to make my pmt on time and it would not accept my pmt.I was not able to make a pmt until my ssi came in and that caused me a huge $40 late fee.Also even if i have a balance available when i try to use my card most of the time it gets rejected at the pay points.HOW EMBARASSING.

The worst experience when dealing with unauthorized transactions. They don't care about their customers at all. Claim was denied despite having supporting documentation that proves charges were made after I canceled the service. I was told to take it up with the provider directly. Zero protection. Canceling my card immediately.

In the process of rebuilding my credit, I applied for several cards. I was approved for most including this one. Reasonable credit limit ($1200) and best interest rate of them all (27.99%). Application was simple, immediate decision, quick shipping of card, and easy app. Highly recommend

This by far is one of the worse customer service representative I have EVER dealt with. I have received a bill with all the fees and charges BUT still have no credit card. Reps have argued with me, transfer me to whatever and I have yet to speak to a supervisor due to them not getting me through.

Had this card for awhile now and my bill is always up and down. I got hit with fees this month upwards of $50 for not using the card often! My blood is boiling. And good luck talking to anyone who can actually help you. Never again...

The card starts off pretty good. I got it coming out of bankruptcy. So my choices were limited. Initially I got increases regularly. I never got my deposit back to this day. I have the card and they won’t give another increase even though my score has improved over 100 points mid 700s. They tell me it’s by invite only and the last thing they said was to apply for another card with them. I do not want another hard inquiry. It’s been 2 years since my last increase and I have cards with well over triple the limit. When you call in you get an overseas agent and have to ask to be transferred to an agent in your country. The overseas agents can’t even help you. I can’t close it because it’s one of my oldest cards. I just hate this card so much. It’s paid off and will not ever be charged again.

I am temporarily disabled and I attempted to make a payment by phone and customer service told me I needed to give them a bank account and routing number or pay $5 fee with my debit card. My payment was due the following day. I tried calling the bank to get account number and routing number but they had me on the line too long so I called Merrick Bank back and just paid the $5 fee. I never in my life had any issues making payments with my Discover and Capital One Card using my debit card. This was my first payment ever made with Merrick Bank. I was so unhappy so decided to close the account. Merrick Bank really want to get $ from you any which way you can. Don’t recommend getting this card. Terrible Customer Service as well.

I was approved for this card after credit karma suggested it and I enrolled online setting my payment date to the 1st of every Month. Well I paid the day before and they are trying to tell me that my payment was late because they didnt get the payment for 2 days??? I can tell already they are going to be really hard to deal with,. Intrest is high and they are charging me a late payment evebn after they agreed to remove it. I have a 100% payment score on my credit and they already tried to lower it. DO NOT GET THI CARD or Total Visa.
