Easy to apply and even faster to ruin your good credit. Their app is terrible. It takes them for ever to process a payment and if they miss applied a payment it’s on you. Not the best customer service nor support.

Credit Karma suggested this card and the process was so easy. I was approved instantly with a very good credit amount. Great card.

This is one of those cards that like to constantly lower your credit limit. Even if you make all payments of time. And are not using all of your available credit. This was the worst credit decision I have ever made

Better interest rate, high monthly payments, randomly lowered my authorized credit for no reason. Maybe they are having finanicial problems.

Stay away from lender. This is not a credit card at all. It's a LOC (Line of Credit) which means interest is compound daily. And for you people who don't understand this. I'll explain it to you. First and foremost, they charge interest the first day you borrow the funds. You do not have a grace period. This bank is a Sub-Prime Lender, which means they will lends money to any person with bad to good credit. Watch out for companies like these. Also company is financed from several bank in different States. They will charge egregious amounts of fee's and interest. Never do business with any bank like these. If you have decent credit go to your local bank for service.

Applied and received this card with a credit limit of $5000. Used it to pay medical bills, about $2500. Paid it off within a year, zero late payments and they rewarded me by dropping my limit to $2000. When I inquired about it, I was given a generic “we review accounts and adjust limits according to current credit reports “. Made no sense, as my credit is good and my payment history is 100%. Haven’t used it since.

The card has features that no other credit card can offer. Duplicate profits are included as a personal loan directly linked to the account and a credit card that can transfer the money to your bank account.

I received the "card" with a $1000 but when I used the account it was reduced to the amount I used. I paid off the account then was told the account was permanently restricted from draws but not closed. If I can't no longer use the account why would it account remain open smh. The customer service and communication was very poor and I would not recommend getting a card through Upgrade.

I was offered this card and accepted it shortly after I took out an Upgrade Consolidation Loan to pay off some other cards. The card offered me a $3,000 balance, which I eventually used to finance some car repairs. The reason for the 1 star rating is that I have consistently paid the recommended minimum payment on the card each month for over a year now, however every two months, I get an email from Upgrade saying "during a periodic review they determined to lower my limit", and then they lower it down to the current balance on the card, which results in 100% utilization for that account, which hardly will help your credit score. If this is the way they reward consistent, on time payments I want nothing to do with them as a creditor. The day I pay both this and the loan off, I will close the accounts and NEVER do business with Upgrade again.
