I was having a hard time being approved anywhere and Upgrade said YES! Not just for a tiny 300 card with 39% Apr but to a 3500 dollar line of credit that I may use piece by piece with a debit card or even transfer other balances over from those crappy 39% cards to this line at 24%. This was truly my saving grace and I have no clue how I could ever repay their kindness and trust in me save leaving these reviews EVERYWHERE!!
The person processing the loan was a jerk. Basically implying that he has to power to approve or deny you based on how well he liked you.

Credit karma recommended I get another card and after reviewing the offers available I chose upgrade. TURNS OUT, it’s a personal line of credit, NOT A CREDIT CARD…. So it didn’t help my credit at all. Also, not one single statement has balanced. It is always off sometimes up to $25 I also tried to call to change my phone number and they wouldn’t allow me….

This card is for people with not so perfect credit, because if our credit was great we would never apply for this card. I got a $300 cl, never had a late payment. They gave me a $100 bonus, with took my limit to $400. I haven't been able to use this card for over 6 mths. Because my credit score dropped a few points. I called and spoke to an cs rep, I said isn't this card for people with some credit issues? I have never been late or over the limit, why would you give me a extra $100 and I can't even use the card? Once this card is paid off, I will cut it and burn it. Capital One treats their customers like real people, and they reward you for being a good customer, not punish you and lock your card due to your score dropping a few points. Upgrade is a downgrade!
Was approved, super easy. Have not used the card yet but security in knowing it is there if I need and. Terms seem easy and better than a regular credit card
Just had to click one button and they did the rest. Walked me through and was easily approved.
